Tradewind Community Church is a Gospel-centered church. That means that the most important thing we have to preach, sing about, study, and tell to others is the Good News that God saves sinners through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus.
A fuller explanation of the Gospel is here.
"Community" is part of the name of our church for a reason: We believe a church should aim to genuinely love, serve, and worship with those in their communities.
We believe that God designed us for togetherness and that relationships matter. We believe that the Gospel compels us to care for one another in meaningful ways.
We believe that everyone saved by God is sent by God with a new purpose: to speak the Good News to others!
We pray that God would use Tradewind Community Church to proclaim His Gospel and lead people to know Jesus.
TCC is a Southern Baptist church, and we affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Among the beliefs included in that statement of faith are:
There is one true and living God who reveals Himself in three Persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit).
The Bible is the inspired and perfect Word of God.
The church is the body of Jesus, consisting of baptized Christians.
